I purchased two of these racks to hang my horses' rugs. I found the bars to be too flimsy and the overall weight of 3 rugs to be too much for this rack. It pulled the weight in to the center and the rugs were all tangled up. I am able to use it to put some English pads on, but then the arms are a little short. Defintely not big enough for western pads. For the price, decent, but I wouldn't buy again. Might work for coolers or English pads. Much easier to install with 2 people.
