This blanket lasted one week on my horse. My prior sheet lasted all summer. This tore at the leg straps and is no longer usable. Very disappointing.
Written on by Event riderGreat fitting, great looking blanket. Survived everything my horse who rubs on everything could dish out, except for a direct bite from a bully mare in the pen! Well constructed and love the high neck!
Written on by ekamerinI love this rug and especially the high neck! It fits well, no rubbing and I have never found my horse wet wearing this rug! I wish the outer material would have been a little bit stronger but mine has last for two seasons an hopefully will do next season aswell.
Written on by MaryI bought two of these blankets, one for my high withered arab, and one for my roly poly draft cross mare. The quality is probably comparable to the Amigo or Schneiders 600d blankets. The outer fabric is a bit thin, but the lining is pretty solid. I have one in the pink/purple color, and the red/white/blue color. The striping on the blankets looks really cool along with the horze logo on the side. These are very unique looking blankets. The high neck is awesome, and works for both of my horses who usually end up with wither rubs. The shoulder gussets are perfect, and don't restrict movement at all, which is usually a problem with my big mare. I've found the blankets run slightly small, but have a good drop length to prevent the "mini skirt effect". My mare has the 87", which fits well through the chest, and is almost a little too long on her sides. (she is 16 hands, but has a big barrel) So far, no rips and they're holding up well. My Arab lives outside 24/7, tends to be be tough on blankets, so I'm pleased that its holding up!
Written on by Dana DettlaffThe quality on these is outstanding for the price. The sheets have all the bells and whistles you'd expect on a $200-300 sheet. Aside from being lower denier (600D) they are very comparable to high-end sheets. They do run enormously huge. I have a 17.2 warmblood who is as big as a house. He wears 87s in Rambo sheets. The 87 in this sheet was hanging off of him. My other warmblood who wears 81s in Ramobs would need a 78 in this sheet. They just run VERY VERY large. Size down as compared to Horseware brand. Be prepare to be delighted by this sheet!
