I have had these boots for three months now. I can happily say that I am now a believer. I was always loyal to Ariat. (I had a pair of paddock boots for 8 years and finally had to purchase a new pair...after going through three pairs of Ariat paddock boots a year following that I knew I had to try something else). I purchased these during a 50% of deal and I love them! They're great. They only took one ride to break in. The leather is supple. The zipper is sturdy and doesn't rub the back of my heel. While the footbed isnt as cushy as I would like it to be, it is still decent and I simply throw in my orthotics if I know that I will be wearing them all day. The style is great...I've even worn them to the store and had people comment on them! I'm really impressed with these boots and am looking into purchasing some tall boots from horze!
Written on by LbattI bought these for my 12 year old daughter who is picky. At first I was afraid the zipper would rub the back of her foot, but, it did not. She loves these boots and says they are very comfortable. The leather is soft, so, no need to "wear them in". I would pay full price for these, even though I purchased them at 50% off.
