There needs to be a little more protection around the edges as it pinches the edges of the horses mouth. I have to use it with rubber rings!
Written on by HattieI bought this bit on one of the 50% off sales, and am very pleased. It works wonderfully for my OTTB who likes to lean. I was concerned about pinching with the loose rings, but there have been no issues (I did order up 1/4" as that is standard for most waterford bits). I only wish they had it in a D-ring for my show bridle!
