This strap is durable, padded in all the right places and is form fitting but not too restrictive. It's easily kept my horse's blanket snug around his clipped belly and has stayed put since I started using it. Great value for the price, and a good piece to have around. Will definitely buy again.

Have a round-backed horse?

I do! All of her blankets shift a few inches off center almost immediately no matter the brand. I put this on her over a new Horze sheet after a bath and turned her out to graze. The sheet was in place an hour later! It is a well-made, substantial girth. Including closed buckle it adjusts from 50 inches (127 cm) to 74 inches (188 cm) un-stretched around horse-as if using a horse weight tape measure. Horze logo on top. Came with a white rubber T-lock fastener. Width is 3 inches (7.6 cm). Wither pads are 2 inches (5cm) thick by 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) long. I also used it to introduce a young horse to a girth without needing a saddle or surcingle. It's very stretchy, non-threatening and easy on/off.

I ordered this to keep my horse's sheet in place and it has worked great and he is comfortable in it! You cannot beat the price either.
