Horze Leather Chaps

this is a very nice looking half chap. the leather is really nice and is lined and does look very expensive. they seem to run a bit bigger than i expected. not sure if i should have ordered the smaller size. they fit but i am worried if they stretch they might slip down. the one thing i am disappointed about is they zip from the bottom up which makes them hard to get on. the chaps are nice enough to keep and deal with this problem but i dont know why they made them this way. i used to have bottom up zip chaps and stopped wearing them because they were hard to get on and slipped down. i am going to take a chance on these chaps because the leather is so nice, but i am a bit worried that the zipper will slip down.

Wide and Tall!

These half chaps looks very expensive and go beautifully with the matching paddocks. I have a hard time finding boots and half chaps wide enough to fit my leg. The XXL in these will fit a 17 1/2-18" width great and they are nice and tall too. If I do find ones wide enough they are usually not tall enough. The boot size in this width was a 10. They actually enlongate the look of my leg. The zipper is in the appropriate position to not rub the saddle.
