These are a good idea to have on hand when you notice one of the belly straps keeps coming undone. Throw one of these little thing on, and the strap will stay secure. I think these are really good for horses who play a lot outside or are notorious rollers. They are a good price, and there are enough to do a whole collection of blankets. Written on by Piaffe in ChicagoI bought a package of these and put them on the T-locks of all my blankets this season. So far, I haven't had one surcingle or chest closure come loose and the blankets seem to fit a little more securely, even when my horse is feeling very playful.
