Please note that all items marked as ALL SALE ITEMS FINAL or all discounted items, unless otherwise marked, are FINAL SALE items. These products cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
If you would like to return an item, please call 1-877-647-4422 or contact us by email and we'll send you a prepaid return label. You get FREE shipping on returns for any order over $75 within the US, excluding HI, PR and AK. You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent to you. Your money will be refunded back to the credit card the order was placed on.
To return or exchange your item, pack it carefully in a separate box or padded post envelope and send it together with a completed returns form to the address listed below:

You may exchange an item for a different size or color, but not for another product. If Horze-Equestrian is unable to provide the size or color you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or color, or a refund of your money. For exchanges, please make it clear which size you require. We will cover the cost of the return, once per order. If you ask for further exchanges, shipping will be charged by Horze-Equestrian.
The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve the right to have minor differences in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding these details (also regarding embroidery orders), we advise you to contact our customer support before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in color do not justify a claim.
The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.
If your embroidery order is returned unclaimed to Horze-Equestrian, we will contact you by email, telephone and mail. If Horze-Equestrian cannot reach you within 14 days, you will be invoiced for the item and return/administration costs and the item will be disposed.
*Please note, however, that Horze-Equestrian is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery.
