I bought these stirrups to try out after reading reviews on a horse forum. I've torn both ACL's in the past and riding has always left my knees stiff and sore, even after a short ride. The wide track base and flex of these stirrups allows me to ride with no pain for the first time in years! The first time I used them I went on a 3 hour trail ride and my knees felt perfect at the end of the ride! Would highly recommend to anyone with any knee or ankle issues, I looooove these stirrups! Might even have to buy a pair in one of the bright, new colors!Written on by hunterjumper18
These are great stirrups! I have another set of wide track stirrups that were much more pricey and I prefer the Reflex stirrups to them when I'm going to be in the saddle for a long stretch.Written on by Capilet
Nice quality plastic without any sharp mold seams. Have been really nice to ride in the last few weeks. Easy to clean!Written on by Redfishy
I bought these after I was recommended the wide track to help with my knee issues. I got the pair and realized how light they were. They also have this very cool tread that has a bit of give. It is a nice feature and it helped a ton with my knee issues. I like the look of them a lot and they have held up to a month of heavy use and look great. I am getting a second pair for my dressage saddle. The best part? No more silver polish!Written on by FL Eventer
I bought these after a friend raved about them, and they have not disappointed me. I've had the "regular" composite stirrups, but I like the wide track, and the give of this footbed. I have a bad knee, and these have been great in helping to reduce shock, and allow me to ride longer without knee pain. My first pair did have a manufacture defect (which Horze was quick to replace for me), so I went a short period of time without these, and it was terrible having to ride in traditional stirrups again. I've contemplated buying a second pair just to ensure I never have to go without them again should anything ever happen to this pair.Written on by SLF
I have had pain in my ankle ever since I injured it a few months ago. In my other stirrup irons my ankle is in so much pain I almost didn't want to ride, and of course that was not an option. I had heard about stirrups like these and never thought it was actually true that they relieve pain, are comfortable and also don't slip... but now that I just bought these I realized that it WAS true. I'm also going to buy another pair for my dressage saddle. The price is unbeatable!!!Written on by Anonymous
