I ordered this blanket for my horse, and really liked it. Unfortunately- the high neck made it fit him (16.2 OTTB built like a QH) a little weird. All I had to do was return for another size and it was fixed. Great customer service through the entire process! I just wish Horze blankets had a higher deneir.Written on by Marie
I bought this blanket for my warmblood mare and it fits her great, is very fashionable and seems like it will be durable (have only had it for a couple of weeks.) Great attention to details with well placed shoulder gussets, a snap option for front closure and good stitching.Written on by Cat
This blanket is pretty good, not the best blanket I've used, but it definitely works. Keeps my horse nice and warm and she has a bad front knee and this blanket still allows her to move freely out in the field. I got the purple plaid blanket and it looks great, I would definitely recommend that color. Only had it for a few weeks, so I'm not sure how durable it is, but so far it's holding up.Written on by Kristen Johnson
I need a lot of supplies for my first horse, so I needed a nice blanket for a decent price. My trainer told me how much I would need to spend to get a good blanket, (twice as much as this!), so I was nervous showing him this blanket. When he and the barn manager showed me how to put this on, both of them said how nice the blanket looked, how durable it felt, and the quality details. They both commented "this cost over $200, right?" and I just smiled!Written on by Anonymous
I got this for next to nothing when they were running a great deal. I've never bought from them before and I was pleasantly surprised with both the customer service AND the quality of the blanket. My mare isn't particularly hard on blankets but she does go out with a lot of other horses and it's standing up well. It fits great and looks adorable!Written on by Renee Ford
I really like the design of this blanket, especially for my high-withered horse. It seems to reduce pressure on top of and under his neck. This blanket is so highly adjustable, too, in front, that I can make a 72 in. work OK a 66 in. I would say it fits a 72 true to size but runs smaller than a Weatherbeeta 72. Seems to be very nice quality for the money, and love the color. I was afraid this would be too heavy but it's just right for keeping the old guy warm and dry in teens - 30s damp/snow. Just got, so can't attest to durability or whether it will rub, but the quality seems decent.Written on by Anonymous
I really like this blanket it fits my horse perfectly I would say it runs true to size. My guy measures at a 75 and the 75 is perfect. It looks really sharp in him as well. I have only had it a couple of weeks so hopefully it's durable as well! I guess I will find out!Written on by Jodi
I needed a heavyweight turnout in a hurry as my older mare was struggling, She is a nightmare to fit so I panicked when my local tack shop had no Horseware rugs.....they showed me this rug and I was really impressed...agreed to take it and try on my narrow TB X, it is the best fit I have seen on her in the 11 years I have had her.....it is very light too which is great as she is finding this year tough so I didn't want a 'heavy' heavyweight. The shoulder darts seem to be in the right place for once! and are very generous....very pleased, beautiful rug...will be buying one for my other horse when he finishes growing!Written on by Anonymous
I have a sway back broodmare that always has issues with regular turnouts. This high neck fits her beautifully; no more rubbing the high withers! The quality, fit and style are all great. I had never purchased this blanket before but I am thrilled now that I have it and my mare has been using it for a month or two. I am as excited because I had it embroidered and that also looks awesome! Overall, I am very happy with this...Written on by BEST
We've been using this all winter--he stays warm and dry, but not too warm, and no rubs. Got it on sale and would highly recommend--love the turquoise color, too!Written on by Anonymous
I really loved this blanket. It actually prevent ur horse of catching a cold after work maybe you guyz could make more coloursWritten on by Ghiwa
I bought this blanket for my QH mare. I have the black one in size 75''. It fits her perfectly but the rear legs straps are a little short. I put them in the maximal lenght and it fitted well. I only use it for turn outs because it is a really warm blanket even if she has short hair. The quality is really great for the price, its pretty, and my mare seems to like it! Like I said I only use it for turn outs in winter or else she is sweating. I recommand this blanket for cold temperatures (-30 C to -5C like in Canada).Written on by Beatrice
I love this blanket sooo much! I have a Friesian, so obviously I am obsessed with keeping his mane nice and long. I actually first found out about Horze in finding this blanket, as I was looking for something with a high neck that also looks cute. When I tried it on him I was shocked at how perfectly it fit him, because he has one of those funny Friesian builds that doesn't quite fit in with the standard horse sizes. It seriously fits him like a glove! I love all of the little details, too, like the triangular corners on each side along the front that flip out in such a nice and subtle way. Also, his name is Zorro, and I call him Z for short. So it is nice that there is a free Z monogram on the back! And it looks just like it was slashed with a sword, just as the OG Zorro would have wanted it. All in all, I am now a die hard Horze fan for life. The quality of their products far surpasses most companies that charge four times the cost (and beyond!). Thank you, Horze! Please come out with more colors and designs for this blanket. I promise I will buy them!Written on by Sarah Turner
