Thin sheet has all of the strength of our popular turnouts in a lighter weight.
Sometimes a lighter weight sheet is all you need to keep your horse dry, warm and comfortable during unseasonable weather. A heavy turnout blanket like the Horze Nevada 1200D Lightweight Turnout Sheet will only serve to overheat if the thermometer climbs up too high during a January thaw. This lightweight sheet is designed with all of the same qualities of our blanketged turnout blankets for days when all your horse needs is a thin layer. Improved design includes handy snap buckles on the front which can be fastened with just one hand as opposed to traditional T-buckle closures. When spring weather becomes unpredictable, reach for this handsome sheet and keep the chill off your happy horse.
1200D ripstop 100% Polyester. 3000mm/3000mvp.
Machine wash cool. Air dry.
A smart-looking turnout sheet for warmer climates. This sheet is durable and strong and is great for cold rainy days or brisk wind.
Great Blanket with Great Quality!
I was searching for a new blanket for a replacement for my other blanket that was ruined which I had for a few years. This looks exactly like my other blanket and it fits to an exact "T" which is crazy! Plus I love the colors it came in!
True to Size!
I just received this blanket yesterday and I just got to try it on my horse. I got my horse the 78" (which he normally wears) which fits him perfectly. What I also like about this blanket is it sits higher on the withers then my other blankets that sit low. It is not as high as the Avalanche blankets, but it's better that there won't be much rubbing on his withers. It also has a the fake fur where it would sit near the withers. It hasn't rained here yet, but I can't wait to see how the blanket holds up to the rainy weather conditions. Other then that this is a great blanket!
Great Blanket for the Price!
I just read the reviews on this blanket and I thought I would try it out. I am happy I did! My guy wears 72" and it does fit him very well. It is true that it does come higher on the withers then other brands, but not as high as the Horze Avalanche brand. We haven't had much rain, but I heard we are getting one at the end of this week, so I will test it then. Still I am happy with my purchase.
Gerne wieder!
Stor i strl
Opplevde dette dekkenet som stor i strl og måtte ned en strl fra 145 til 135 på dølahesten min. Ellers fornøyd.
Great Sheet that Holds up well!
My horse is a tried and true blanket eater. I have 2 of these and they’re holding up great! He destroyed my Amigos, Rhinos, SmartPaks and Weatherbeetas but this one he has let live. I had to hand stitch one of the bindings on the gussets but that’s it! MORE COLORS PLEASE, I love the purple and dark blue please get them back. Fits perfect especially over the withers.
I ordered two of these sheets on sale to replace some of my old ones. Got to test them out this weekend on my 2 Tb geldings and they are great! My guys are turned out 24/7 and we’ve been getting a lot of rain, and they have kept my boys warm and dry! Plus they are breathable- I’ve had issues with other sheets making my horses sweat because they don’t breathe. Not the case with this sheet! Can’t say anything for durability yet, but they look great and are great quality for the price. Will buy again!
Sizing is all wrong
The rug is at least 6" bigger when measured with a tape. Very disappointed.
