Heavy winter riding pants to keep you warm in extreme cold.
Warm, thick soft parka-like lining will make your cold weather riding excursions fun and enjoyable. These winter riding breeches with a full seat and stylish reflective side piping look great but provide extreme comfort for cold weather riding. The detachable suspenders will keep them in place and the side zippers make them a breeze to put on and take off. The water repellent, thick, padded material will keep wet out and warmth in.
Materials: 100% Polyamide.
Machine wash warm.
I bought a pair of these quite a few years ago and I really, really like them for winter riding. The strap on the bottom (for the bottom of the boot) keeps them from riding up, and the "felt" fabric on the inside of the leg keeps you from sliding around in the saddle (like you would in normal slippery snowpants). Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend!
These trousers are great if you order 3 sizes bigger which I did. They are wonderfully warm and keep you dry but there is absolutely no give at the seat. If I bought a normal size I wouldn't have been able to walk let alone get my leg over a horse and ride. I think if they gave more room in the seat or considered a more giving fabric these would have got 5 stars
Nice to have to ride outside in the snow but the fit runs VERY large. I wear 24/36 with regular breeches and ordered 22/24/34/36 with those and they are way too big for me, even if I wear several layer of clothes.
I wanted a pair of breeches that would be warm but not too bulky and these are perfect! You can remove the suspenders if you wish and the zippers are perfect for putting on and removing my winter riding boots.
I am a size 28 US, received pants that were labeled 38-40... and they are about 10 inches too large. Is the label a US or European size ?
